Role positioning and objectives:
Role is responsible for creating, executing, and managing our SEO strategy. Have a significant impact on our company’s growth and success because our internet presence is crucial to the success of our business.
What you will be accountable for:
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO plan.
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
- Conduct detailed keyword research on a regular basis.
- Identify important SEO KPIs.
- Track the bounce rate, click rate, and other KPIs.
- Frequently create and provide reports.
- Create buyer personas to effectively target the identified audiences.
- Determine issues and shortcomings, then quickly put fixes in place.
- Create page names, meta descriptions, and on-site body material to support SEO strategy.
- Technical SEO activities such as site optimization and Google Analytics website submission to the Google Search Console, together with sitemap creation.
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Keep up with the newest developments and best practices in affiliate marketing and SEO.
Essential experience, skills and knowledge:
- Candidates must have a master’s degree in software engineering, information technology, computer science, media sciences, or a related field.
- Must be technically proficient and have 3 years of SEO experience.
- It will be advantageous to have prior web development or backend experience.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, and writing skills.
- Google Analytics experience.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adhere to instructions.
- Adaptability to pressure.
